Prescriptions

Ordering a prescription

Use the below ‘Order Your Repeat Prescription’ form to request your medication.

If you used to request your prescriptions through Patient Access or the NHS App, please request your prescription directly through those apps.

We cannot take prescription requests over the phone.

If your item is not on your repeat list, please still request using the form below.

Do not order items more than 2 weeks early, or that you have not had for 6 months. These requests will be refused.

Prescription requests are now sent electronically to your nominated pharmacy, once approved by the GP.

If you do not have a nominated pharmacy, please let us know your chosen pharmacy by filling out the form below. By default it will go to either Boots in Kings Langley or Manor Pharmacy in Bovingdon.

Pharmacy services

Pharmacists can advise on a number of minor conditions and suggest medications that can help, without having to see a GP. This service is called Pharmacy First. There are certain conditions and age ranges that can be treated.

Please see the NHS website for further information.
