Ordering a prescription
Use the below ‘Order Your Repeat Prescription’ form to request your medication.
You can also request medication via our email at napsurgeryrepeats@nhs.net, please also include your name and date of birth.
If you used to request your prescriptions through Patient Access or the NHS App, please request your prescription directly through those apps.
We cannot take prescription requests over the phone.
If your item is not on your repeat list, please still request using the form below.
Do not order items more than 2 weeks early, or that you have not had for 6 months. These requests will be refused.
Please order your prescription 7 -10 days before you run out.
It will take up to 3 working days for your request to be processed.
Prescribing for flying/phobias
Prescription requests are now sent electronically to your nominated pharmacy, once approved by the GP.
If you do not have a nominated pharmacy or wish to change your current nomination, please let us know your chosen pharmacy by filling out the form: Pharmacy Nomination Form

If you have any queries regarding your medication, please email napsurgeryrepeats@nhs.net (Kings Langley) or longmeadow.surgery@nhs.net (Bovingdon)
If you are unable to do this, please contact the surgery on 01923 608845 and speak to our prescriptions team.
Pharmacy services
Pharmacists can advise on a number of minor conditions and suggest medications that can help, without having to see a GP. This service is called Pharmacy First. There are certain conditions and age ranges that can be treated.
