Both surgery sites have step free access.
Longmeadow Surgery is on two levels, if you cannot get up the stairs, please let reception know and they can notify the GP, who will then see you downstairs.
Parking
Please note the car park located next to Kings Langley Surgery is owned by Dacorum Borough Council and operates on a 4 hour free parking policy, with no return within two hours. You must register your car using the machine located in the middle of the car park or by using the PaybyPhone app and using the car park code 810391. The Practice is not responsible for any issues with this car park.
There is no car park located at Longmeadow Surgery, you will need to park on the high street or a side street. Please make sure you leave plenty of time to park before your appointment.

We also understand that sometimes expectations might not always be met. If you wish to raise a concern with the practice that you want us to investigate further, please put this in writing to us, with as much detail as possible. This can be in letter form or email us at kingslangleysurgery@nhs.net We aim to respond to these within 10 working days.
