Reasonable Adjustments

Under the Equality Act 2010, patients with physical or learning disabilities, sensory impairments, dementia, autism or other neurodiverse conditions can request ‘reasonable adjustments’, to ensure services are as accessible to them as they are for everyone else.

If you feel that you have a reasonable adjustment, please let surgery staff know so that it can be placed onto your record.
