The Wellbeing Service is an Improving Access to Psychological Therapies Service, part of Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. We deliver psychological therapies to those over the age of 16 years, registered with a GP in Hertfordshire.

Single Point of Access (SPA) Mental Health Helpline

They are there to help all residents of Hertfordshire who are experiencing a mental health crisis or just need some support. You can call 0800 6444 101, or call NHS 111 and select option 2 for mental health services. In the case of serious illness or injury, dial 999 for emergency services
