Physical accessibility
Both surgery sites have step free access.
Longmeadow Surgery is on two levels, if you cannot get up the stairs, please make it known to reception and they can notify the GP, who will then see you downstairs.
How to make a complaint
If you wish to raise a concern with the practice, please put this in writing to us.
This can be in letter form or email us at kingslangleysurgery@nhs.net
We aim to respond within 10 working days.
