Armed Forces & Veterans Information
We are a Veteran Friendly accredited GP Practice. We have a dedicated GP that can assist with any medical or non-medical issues for patients who are currently serving or are veterans.
This service is available for our registered patients, please call the surgery to let us know.
It is also available for any patients registered in Dacorum. If you are not registered at this surgery, please complete a temporary registration.
It is important to give your GP the paperwork that your military medical centre gave you, including any medical records, if you’ve recently left the forces. This will help to make sure your military health record transfers to your NHS health record. This will also give your GP information on your health and ensure that any ongoing care and treatment is continued.
