The NHS operate a zero tolerance policy with regards to violence and abuse and as a surgery we reserve the right to remove patients from our list who mistreat and use inappropriate behaviour and language towards our staff for example: swearing, threatening or verbally aggressive behaviour or under the influence of alcohol/drugs.

Please note that all other members of the same household will be removed from our list.
